Daily Skincare Tips

Lower the Water Temperature

When washing your face, avoid hot water. Lukewarm water helps protect your skin barrier and prevents unnecessary dryness and irritation.

Double Cleanse Every Evening

A double cleanse helps remove sunscreen, makeup, oil, and impurities more effectively.

Step 1

  • Cleanse with micellar water or an oil-based cleanser.

Step 2

  • Follow with your regular facial cleanser to thoroughly clean the skin.

How to Introduce Retinol

Retinol is one of the most effective ingredients for improving skin texture, reducing fine lines, and fading discoloration. Introducing it gradually allows your skin to adjust while minimizing irritation.

Weeks 1–2

Use retinol 2 nights per week.

Example:

  • Monday

  • Thursday

Weeks 3–4

Increase to 3 nights per week.

Example:

  • Monday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

Weeks 4–8

If your skin is comfortable and experiencing little to no irritation, you may gradually increase to nightly use.

If redness, peeling, or irritation develops, reduce usage until your skin adjusts.

Retinol Tips

  • Apply retinol only at night.

  • Use a pea-sized amount for your entire face.

  • Avoid the immediate eye area unless instructed otherwise.

  • Always apply moisturizer after retinol.

  • Wear SPF every morning while using retinol.

  • Slight dryness or flaking is normal during the adjustment period.
